About PayCalcs.ca

PayCalcs.ca is an independent site based in Windsor, Ontario, run by Philip, a software developer. The calculators implement published CRA and Ontario Ministry of Labour rules, show their formulas, and link to the primary source on every page.

Rates are reviewed whenever the CRA publishes new CPP/EI figures (each November) and when provincial sales-tax or ESA rules change. Each page shows the date its figures were last verified.

Some pages may contain sponsored placements or affiliate links, always labelled as such. They never change the calculations.
